For the Cinnamon Swirl:
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp melted butter
For the Icing:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Heat a buttered skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each slice of brioche into the custard for 10 seconds per side.
- Cook on the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- While hot, drizzle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Mix icing ingredients and drizzle over the French toast.
