Make creamy, no-churn Cookie Monster Ice Cream at home! This easy recipe is packed with Oreos and chocolate chip cookies, making it a fun treat for kids and adults alike. No ice cream maker needed!

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10–12 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 10–12 mini chocolate chip cookies, chopped
- A few drops of blue food coloring
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3–4 minutes).
- In a separate bowl, mix the condensed milk, vanilla extract, blue food coloring, and salt.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture using a spatula. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and chopped chocolate chip cookies.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or airtight container. Smooth the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface.
- Freeze for at least 5–6 hours or until firm.
Notes
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
- For a dairy-free version, substitute coconut milk for heavy cream and use vegan cookies.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
