Description

Make creamy, no-churn Cookie Monster Ice Cream at home! This easy recipe is packed with Oreos and chocolate chip cookies, making it a fun treat for kids and adults alike. No ice cream maker needed!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1012 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1012 mini chocolate chip cookies, chopped
  • A few drops of blue food coloring
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3–4 minutes).
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the condensed milk, vanilla extract, blue food coloring, and salt.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture using a spatula. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and chopped chocolate chip cookies.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or airtight container. Smooth the top.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface.
  7. Freeze for at least 5–6 hours or until firm.

  • Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
  • For a dairy-free version, substitute coconut milk for heavy cream and use vegan cookies.
