- 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat for best texture)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano (optional, for flavor)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease lightly.
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, salt, and seasonings in a blender until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly to about ¼-inch thick.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, bake for 5 additional minutes.
- To store, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Freeze for later, wrapping slices in parchment paper and storing in a freezer-safe bag.
