Description

This Cottage cheese flatbread recipe is an easy, high-protein, gluten-free bread alternative. With just 4 ingredients, it’s soft, flexible, and perfect for wraps, sandwiches, or even pizza crust!

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat for best texture)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano (optional, for flavor)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease lightly.
  2. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, salt, and seasonings in a blender until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly to about ¼-inch thick.
  4. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  5. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
