Ingredients
– 2 tbsp unsalted butter
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1½ cups heavy cream
– ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
– ½ cup basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)
– ¼ tsp black pepper
– Salt to taste
– Optional: pasta of your choice, cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
